Jon wanted to be a sportswriter in college but the restaurant opportunity presented itself and he couldn’t pass up.
-La Margarita Fountain Square Opened in 2011. 


Luke discovered La Margarita when it was at 96th St. and Meridian.
Played in a band: Stereo Deluxe -
Started as a server and eventually worked his way into the General Manager role.
